To re-send the receipt for a purchase made using Prekindle, you must log into your Prekindle account. If you do not have an active account, you can Create a Prekindle account.
- When logged into your Prekindle account, click Your Events in the navigation panel.
- Click on the event with tickets that you would like to edit.
- Click on the Re-Send button to have a receipt sent to the email address that is used when you made the purchase. If you do not see the receipt right away, try checking your spam folder.
