Before using Prekindle to sell tickets for your event, there are a few details we need from you so that we can pay you upon completion of your event, or so we can contact you if necessary. To access your account preferences, you must be logged into your Prekindle dashboard. 



  1. Click the Preferences tab on the left-side navigation panel to open your account preferences.
  2. If not already open, click the ORGANIZER INFORMATION banner to display and edit the Organizer Information provided for your account. 


The first time you log into your account, you will be directed to enter your preferred account contact, business/venue address, and business phone number details under the Organizer Information section of your dashboard.  The items highlighted in pink will have to be updated before tickets can go on sale.


These details will only be used to contact you when necessary or get payments to you; this information will not be published.
