Before using Prekindle to sell tickets for your events, there are a few details we need from you. To access your account preferences, you must be logged in to your Prekindle dashboard.
- Click the Preferences tab in the left side navigation panel to open your Organizer Information.
- The first time you log in to your account, you will be directed to enter your preferred account contact, business or venue address, and business phone number under Organizer Information. Items highlighted in pink must be updated before tickets can go on sale. These details will only be used to contact you when necessary or to send payments to you. This information will not be published.
Once you have updated all required Organizer Information, contact clients@prekindle.com to continue with verification and approval.
