To change your event ticketing mode, first ensure you are logged into your Prekindle account.
- Click on the event you'd like to edit
- Click the About tab to open the event details
- Click the Ticket Sales link
- Select For sale on Prekindle if you are planning on selling tickets through Prekindle. This is the standard mode for ticket sales
- Select Free RSVP for free events. Customers will be required to enter their contact information in order to RSVP to the event
- Select On sale on another site if you have tickets being sold through a different ticketing platform, but you would like for the event to still appear on your Prekindle calendar
- Click Save when you are done making changes
