PLEASE NOTE:  If the date of your event has changed after tickets have already been sold, please contact  We will send a notification about the change to all customers that have purchased tickets, and we will re-issue updated receipts. 

Make sure you are viewing your account dashboard by clicking the Dashboard tab on the left side navigation panel.

  1.  Click the event to open the tools, then click the ABOUT tab to open the event details.
  2.  Click the Date link.

  1.  Click the date field to edit the date.
  2.  Choose the date of your event from the calendar that pops up.
  3.  If your event spans multiple days, click this box to open a field for your event's end date.
  4.  Click SAVE when you are done making changes.
