PLEASE NOTE: If the date of your event has changed after tickets have already been sold, please contact email@example.com. We will send a notification about the change to all customers that have purchased tickets, and we will re-issue updated receipts.
Make sure you are viewing your account dashboard by clicking the Dashboard tab on the left side navigation panel.
- Click the event to open the tools, then click the ABOUT tab to open the event details.
- Click the Date link.
- Click the date field to edit the date.
- Choose the date of your event from the calendar that pops up.
- If your event spans multiple days, click this box to open a field for your event's end date.
- Click SAVE when you are done making changes.
