PLEASE NOTE:  If the date of your event has changed after tickets have already been sold, please contact clients@prekindle.com.  We will send a notification about the change to all customers that have purchased tickets, and we will re-issue updated receipts. 


To change the location of your event, first ensure you are logged into your Prekindle account.

  1.  Click on the event you want to edit
  2. Click the About tab to open the event details
  3.  Click the Date link




  1.  Click the date field to edit the date
  2.  Choose the date of your event from the pop-up calendar
  3.  If your event spans multiple days, select "Does your event span multiple days?" and select the additonal dates
  4.  Click Save when you are done making changes.
