PLEASE NOTE: If the date of your event has changed after tickets have already been sold, please contact clients@prekindle.com. We will send a notification about the change to all customers that have purchased tickets, and we will re-issue updated receipts.
To change the location of your event, first ensure you are logged into your Prekindle account.
- Click on the event you want to edit
- Click the About tab to open the event details
- Click the Date link
- Click the date field to edit the date
- Choose the date of your event from the pop-up calendar
- If your event spans multiple days, select "Does your event span multiple days?" and select the additonal dates
- Click Save when you are done making changes.
