First you'll need to Pause the event to stop sales.
Next you'll need to send out a notification that the event has been cancelled via the event feed. You can access the Feed by clicking the the megaphone icon on the event, and you are looking for an option for "Cancelled". For more information on the Event Feed message, click here.
Once the notification has been sent out, you will need to wait at least 10 minutes to confirm the notification has been delivered. Once the waiting period has passed, you can begin refunding customers.
