If the event has not been published to the public, no guests have been added to the event, and no physical tickets have been printed for your event, you can remove an event from your dashboard by following the instructions for Delete the Event

If tickets have been sold or assigned for an event that has been canceled, you can click the PAUSE button to prevent any more tickets from being sold.  

You will then need to contact clients@prekindle.com so our team can let customers know that the event has been canceled, and we can process refunds for purchased tickets.
