Facebook is a powerful method for advertising events. You can specify detailed demographics to reach the people you need to reach, and set a daily budget. Your ads will be delivered into news feeds, Instagram, and their Audience Network of apps and webpages.


When you start advertising on Facebook, you will receive a Facebook Pixel. This pixel ID, which is just a long number (eg: 1234567890987654321), needs to be placed on the webpage that your ad links to.  


Luckily, Prekindle does this for you automatically, once you connect your Facebook Pixel to your Prekindle account. (under Preferences).


Before you can add your Facebook Pixel to your Prekindle page, be sure to create an ad account on Facebook. For more information, please visit https://www.facebook.com/business/products/ads.


To access your account preferences and add your tracking pixels, you must be logged into your Prekindle dashboard.


Make sure you are in your account preferences by clicking the Preferences tab on the left side navigation panel.


  1. Under the Integrations banner, click the Tracking Pixels link. 
  2. Enter your Facebook Pixel into the box provided and click SAVE. You can find your pixel id on the right-hand side of your Facebook Ads Manager – https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager/pixel/facebook_pixel
