Changing your Event Times

PLEASE NOTE:  If you have changed the time of your event after tickets have already sold, please contact clients@prekindle.com.  We can send a notification to all customers that purchased tickets and re-issue updated receipts.

To change your event times, make sure you are logged into your Prekindle account. 

1. Click on the event you want to edit
2. Click the About tab to open the event details
3. Click the Time link

1. Use the drop down menu to change the showtime for your event
2. If the doors open for your event at a different time, click the Yes button next to Different doors time? and select the door time
3. If you have a complex schedule with different entry times (film festival, multi-day event with varying showtimes, etc), you may click the Hide doors and show time on pages, tickets, & receipts to avoid displaying times
4. Click Save when you are finished making changes
