PLEASE NOTE:  If you have changed the time of your event after tickets have already sold, please contact  We can send a notification to all customers that purchased tickets and re-issue updated receipts.

Make sure you are viewing your account dashboard by clicking the Dashboard tab on the left side navigation panel.

  1. Click on the event to open the tools, then click the ABOUT tab to open the details.
  2. Click the Time link.

  1. Use the drop down menu to change the showtime for your event. 
  2. If the doors open for your event at a different time, click the YES button and a new drop down menu will appear to select your door time.
  3. If you have a complex schedule with different entry times such as a film festival, you may click this box to hide the door and show times for your event. 
  4. Click SAVE when you are finished making changes.
