PLEASE NOTE: If you have changed the time of your event after tickets have already sold, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We can send a notification to all customers that purchased tickets and re-issue updated receipts.
Make sure you are viewing your account dashboard by clicking the Dashboard tab on the left side navigation panel.
- Click on the event to open the tools, then click the ABOUT tab to open the details.
- Click the Time link.
- Use the drop down menu to change the showtime for your event.
- If the doors open for your event at a different time, click the YES button and a new drop down menu will appear to select your door time.
- If you have a complex schedule with different entry times such as a film festival, you may click this box to hide the door and show times for your event.
- Click SAVE when you are finished making changes.
