Occasionally you don't want your event to show up on Prekindle's event listings or search. You can set your event to Private and publish the event, and it will not be listed on your public event calendar or Prekindle's event listings and can only be accessed by the event's links. This is a great tool to use if you'd like to view the event from the customer's perspective without having the event be searchable or visible online.
Make sure you are viewing your account dashboard by clicking the Dashboard tab on the left side navigation panel.
- Click on the event to open the event tools
- Click the Promote section, then Visibility
- Change the setting to make your event public or private
