If you have been delegated to manage a guest list, you will need to log into your Prekindle account to assign guest passes and send confirmation receipts. 

  1. Click on the event to open up the tools and any available delegated guest list(s).
  2. Click the EDIT button next to the ticket you wish to assign.
  3. Enter the name and email address of the recipient and click SAVE.
  4. Click the Send Email button to send an email confirmation to the guest that they can use to check in at the door to the event. 

Note: Clicking Delete will remove the ticket spot completely from your delegated guest list. To make any changes to a guest list ticket on a delegated list, click the Edit button.
