If you have been delegated to manage a guest list, you will need to log into your Prekindle account to assign guest passes and send confirmation receipts.
- Click on the event to open up the tools and any available delegated guest list(s).
- Click the EDIT button next to the ticket you wish to assign.
- Enter the name and email address of the recipient and click SAVE.
- Click the Send Email button to send an email confirmation to the guest that they can use to check in at the door to the event.
Note: Clicking Delete will remove the ticket spot completely from your delegated guest list. To make any changes to a guest list ticket on a delegated list, click the Edit button.
