If you have been delegated to manage a guest list, you will need to log into your Prekindle account to assign guest passes and send confirmation receipts. You will also have received a "Guest List Delegation Notification" email notifying you that you have been delegated a guest list. Click Manage Guestlist
To access the delegated guest list:
- Log into your Prekindle account and find Shared Guest Lists section in your left side navigation panel OR
- Find the "Guest List Delegation Notification" email you received upon delegation and click Manage Guest List
To assign tickets in a delegated guest list:
- Find the Shared Guest Lists in your left side navigation panel
- Find the event and guest list you are looking to assign
- Click the Edit button next to the ticket you wish to assign
- Enter the name and email address of the guest you'd like to receive the ticket and click Save
- Click Send Email to have the ticket delivered to the guest
Note: Clicking Delete will remove the ticket spot completely from your delegated guest list. To make any changes to a guest list ticket on a delegated list, click the Edit button.
