Make sure you are viewing your account dashboard by clicking the Dashboard tab on the left side navigation panel.
Step 1: Select Your Event & Open the Guest List Tab
- Locate and click on the event you'd like to add guests to. This will open the event's tools where you can manage guest lists.
- Click on the Guests tab.
Step 2: Add Guest Information
- Click the Add Guest button to begin adding a new guest.
- In the form, enter the guest's:
- Name (Required)
- Email address (Optional)
- Note (Optional) – This note is internal and can be used to tag or categorize your guest list for easier management.
Step 3: Designate Seats, Areas, Sections from the Seat Map
If you'd like to assign specific seats or sections that are available in the seat map:
- Click on Select Seats
- The seat map will appear, showing available seating options for the event.
- Click on the seats, area, or section that you want to assign to the guest.
- After selecting the desired seats or areas, click Save. The seat map will close, and your selection will be saved.
- Click Create Tickets. Note that if the Name has not been input you will not be able to create tickets.
Step 4: Designate in General Admission Areas or Sections not listed in the Seat Map
If the section is not included in the seat map (for migrated events for example), select the section from the dropdown.
Choose the Ticket Type and Quantity you'd like to designate.
Click Create Tickets.
Step 5: Hold and Send Tickets
At this point, the tickets for the guest are being held in the guest list but have not yet been sent.
- To send the tickets to the guest, click the Send button.
- Important: Once the tickets are sent via email, you cannot delete them. If you need to delete sent tickets, contact clients@prekindle.com. Alternatively, you can refund tickets using the Box Office tools.
Step 6: Bulk Send Tickets (Optional)
If you have multiple guests and want to send tickets to all at once:
- You can bulk send tickets from the Tools tab.
- Click on Deliver to send the tickets to your entire guest list at once.
