Make sure you are viewing your account dashboard by clicking the Dashboard tab on the left side navigation panel.
- Click on the event to open the tools. Then click the Guests tab to open the guest list tools.
- Click the SEARCH button to open the search tool for the guest list. Enter the name, confirmation number, or email address of the tickets to be resent in the search box provided. You do not need to press enter to search.
- Click on the guest to open their guest list tickets.
- Click RESEND to resend the assigned guest list tickets to the email address provided. To update an email address on already issued guest list ticket, simply enter the new email address in the box provided, and click UPDATE and RESEND.
