The transactions tool under the Reports tab will allow you to search the ticket purchase transactions for your events. You can search transactions by date. You must be logged into your Prekindle dashboard to view account reports.
- Click the Reports tab on the left-side navigation panel. Then, click the Transactions tab.
- Next, change the date filter to view the transactions you would like. Once your dates are set, click the Refresh button.
- Transaction details will appear below the filter bar.
- The transaction report can also be downloaded as a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) by clicking the Export button.
