The Members & Roles tab on your dashboard is where you can add and edit users that will have access to your Prekindle dashboard. To access your Members & Roles preferences, you must be logged into your Prekindle dashboard. 


Make sure you are in your account preferences by clicking the Preferences tab on the left side navigation panel.

  1. Click the Members & Roles banner, then click Add a New Member
  2. Here you can add a member to your dashboard by entering their name and email address, and selecting whether they will act as an Admin, Manager, Accountant, or Box Office Operator. 


If you add a member that does not already have a Prekindle account, they will receive an email with instructions on how to log into your Prekindle dashboard.
