The Members & Roles tab on your dashboard is where you can add and edit users that will have access to your Prekindle dashboard. To access your Members & Roles preferences, you must be logged into your Prekindle dashboard.
Make sure you are in your account preferences by clicking the Preferences tab on the left side navigation panel.
- Click the Members & Roles banner, then click Add a New Member.
- Here you can add a member to your dashboard by entering their name and email address, and selecting whether they will act as an Admin, Manager, Accountant, or Box Office Operator.
If you add a member that does not already have a Prekindle account, they will receive an email with instructions on how to log into your Prekindle dashboard.
