Setting Up Account Wide Notifications

With Prekindle allows you to automate purchase, sales, counts, and customer support notifications to multiple email addresses.  Make sure you are in your account preferences by clicking the Preferences tab on the left side navigation panel.

  1. Click the Notifications banner to open the account-wide notification tools.
  2. Enter the email address of the person(s) who will receive notifications and click Save.  Separate multiple email addresses with a comma.
    • Purchases: A summary will be sent to the provided email address each time a purchase is made for any of your events
    • Daily Sale Report: Every night at midnight, a summary of the previous days' sales will be delivered
    • Daily Count Report: Every night at midnight, a summary of the previous days' counts will be delivered
    • Customer Support Notifications: The email addresses entered will receive a notification when our customer support team needs assistance with a customer support ticket
