Account Verification and Approval

Before you can start creating events on your Prekindle account, we will need to gather some information via email to verify and approve your account.

Before Requesting Approval

Complete the following steps:

1. Create your account.
2. Confirm your email address.
3. Fill in your Organizer Information.
4. View Online Help.

Once these steps are complete, email clients@prekindle.com to begin the verification process. You will receive an email with the next steps for account approval.

Complete Your Verification

To proceed with verification, reply to the email with the requested information regarding:

1. Your business, venue, and events.
2. Fees and payment options.

Once the verification process is complete, your account can be approved. You will  receive information about creating events and where to find additional help.
