Make sure you are viewing your account dashboard by clicking the Dashboard tab on the left side navigation panel. 


  1. Click on the event to open the event tools
  2. Click the Sales section, then Delivery 
  3. Choose either will call or print at home for your customers to redeem their tickets
  4. Choose if you would like your customer to have the option to pay an additional fee to have physical tickets mailed to them (PLEASE NOTE THAT PREKINDLE NO LONGER OFFERS THIS FEATURE)
  5. Toggle on Delayed Delivery if you would like to hold off on sending the tickets until 24 hours before the event start time
  6. Customize your print at home tickets (see below for example) and click Save
  7. Click the Download button to see an example of how print at home tickets will look for your event or share a copy with your event partners
