You can download your tickets in several convenient ways:
1. Immediately After Purchase
Right after your purchase is complete, you'll be taken to a Successful Transaction page. From there, simply click on "Your Order" to view the Event Info page. Here you will have the option to Print your downloadable PDF tickets or view your Mobile ticket. You can also click the Your Tickets tab at the top of the screen to view or download your tickets.
2. From Your Email Receipt
You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after your purchase. In this email, you have two options:
Click the "Get My Tickets" button to take you to the Event Info view. Follow the actions listed above in Step 1.
Download the attached PDF version of your tickets included in the email.

3. Troubleshooting Tips
Didn’t see the email? Make sure to check your spam or junk folder—sometimes messages get filtered there by mistake.
Still waiting on your receipt? You may have entered your email incorrectly or you may have deleted your receipt. Resend your receipt or submit a support ticket a prekindle.com/support/portal
No download button or PDF attached? If you do not see the download button on the confirmation screen, and you do not see the download button in your receipt, that means that print-at-home tickets are not being offered for this event, or the Delayed Delivery feature is turned on.
If electronic tickets are not offered for the event, you can still check in using a photo ID at will call.
Need to change the will call name? Go here to change the will call name on your tickets.If it is a delayed delivery event, you will receive your ticket 24 hours before the event's showtime. You can find more info here: How to Access Your Ticket When Delayed Delivery Is Enabled
