You may download your ticket from the confirmation screen during your purchase, or from your emailed receipt.
When you have successfully completed a purchase on Prekindle, you will see a confirmation screen with a confirmation number. Right below that confirmation number is a DOWNLOAD button. Click this button to download a PDF of your ticket. If you purchased more the one ticket, this file will have one page for each of your tickets.
You can also download your tickets from your emailed receipt. Within your receipt, there is a YOUR TICKETS button in the statement that says: "Click here to access your tickets & information about this event. Your print-at-home tickets are also attached to this message"
Once you click the YOUR TICKETS button, you will be taken to the Event Feed for that event. Your tickets can be accessed by selecting PRINT or MOBILE at the top of the Event Feed page.
Tickets are also available via the YOUR TICKETS link at the top of the Event Feed page. Here you can access a printable PDF or the mobile version of your tickets.
If you do not see the download button on the confirmation screen, and you do not see the download button in your receipt, that means that print-at-home tickets are not being offered at this event, or you paid an additional fee to have physical tickets mailed to you. If electronic tickets are not offered for the event, you can check in with a photo ID at will call for the event. If you need to change the will call name for your ticket, go to change the will call name on tickets.
