How do I Access or Modify My Prekindle orders?

To access your Prekindle orders, go to https://www.prekindle.com/support/portal

Option 1 - Receive a one-time use login link (recommended)

With this option you only need to provide the email address used to make your purchase. We will send an email with a one-time use login link. From there you can access your orders, or get help from a support agent.

Option 2 - Create an account with a password

With this option, you can create a password to access your account from any device. When you have successfully created an account, you will see a confirmation screen and an email will be sent to the address you provided.  Click the link in your activation email to complete creating your Prekindle account.  From there you can access your orders, or get help from a support agent.

With your account, you can:

1. Update and modify purchase (see below for further info)
2. Access your tickets
3. Get help with a specific purchase
4. View purchase info for past events
5. Start a new help request

Update Purchase:

1. Access your mobile tickets
2. Print your tickets
3. Resend your receipt
4. Update your will call name
