Where Are My Tickets?

Modified on Wed, 16 Apr at 2:07 PM

Can’t find your tickets? Don’t worry—here are a few common reasons they might not be in your inbox yet:

1. Check Your Spam or Promotions Folder

Tickets are emailed shortly after purchase, but they can sometimes get filtered into your spam or promotions folders. Be sure to check there first.

2. Delayed Delivery

Some events use Delayed Delivery, meaning your tickets will be sent 24 hours before  the showtime of the event. This is normal and doesn't require any action unless it's within 24 hours of the show and you still haven’t received them.  Click here for more information on How to Access Your Ticket When Delayed Delivery is Enabled.

3. Log In to View Your Orders

Still don’t see your tickets? You can access all your Prekindle purchases by logging in at prekindle.com/login.

Don’t Have a Prekindle Account? No Problem!

First, go to https://www.prekindle.com/support/portal

Option 1: One-Time Use Login Link (Recommended)

Just enter the email you used to make your purchase, and we’ll send you a one-time login link. No password needed. Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your orders or contact support.

Option 2: Create an Account with a Password

Prefer full access from any device? You can create a password-protected account. After signing up, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Click the link in that email to activate your account and access your tickets.
