I deleted my email or can't find my receipt. Can I get a copy?

Occasionally, our emails—especially receipts—may end up in your spam or promotions folder. Be sure to check for any messages from tickets@prekindle.com.

If you’re still unable to locate your tickets or receipt:



After logging in to prekindle.com, find the Your Orders tab on the left side and then find the event you are looking for in your Upcoming Events:


1. Click Update purchase


2. Click Re-send your receipt
