If you’re still unable to locate your tickets or receipt:
Log into your account at prekindle.com/login to re-send your receipt or access your tickets (see instructions below)
Or, submit a support request at prekindle.com/support/portal
After logging in to prekindle.com, find the Your Orders tab on the left side and then find the event you are looking for in your Upcoming Events:
1. Click Update purchase
2. Click Re-send your receipt
