Make sure you are viewing your account dashboard by clicking the Dashboard tab on the left side navigation panel.

  1. Click on the event to open the tools, then click the GUESTS tab.
  2. Click the TOOLS tab on the guest list you wish to delete.
  3. Click the DELETE button to delete all tickets that have not been sent via email.

If guest pass confirmations have already been sent, please contact  Our support team will delete the tickets and contact the guests to let them know their tickets are no longer valid.
