Make sure you are viewing your account dashboard by clicking the Dashboard tab on the left side navigation panel.
- Click on the event to open the tools
- Click Guests
- Click the Tools tab on the guest list you'd like to delete
- Click the Delete button to delete all tickets that have not been sent via email
If guest tickets/confirmations have already been sent, please contact clients@prekindle.com. Our support team will delete the tickets and contact the guests to let them know their tickets are no longer valid.
