PLEASE NOTE:  If you have sold tickets for this event or added guests to the guest list, you will not be able to delete the event.  You will first need to contact clients@prekindle.com to have all purchases refunded. Deleting a canceled event after tickets were sold and refunded will also delete all customer data.  If you would like to retain this data to reach out to purchases for events like this in the future you will need to save the customer data first before deletion. 


Make sure you are viewing your account dashboard by clicking the Dashboard tab on the left side navigation panel.


  1. Click on the event to open the tools. Ensure that the event is Paused
  2. Click the Tools section to open additional tools.
  3. Click the Delete tab, then click the DELETE THIS EVENT button. You will be asked to confirm that you'd like to delete the event.
