The Payments tab on your left-side navigation panel will give you information about any pending or settled statements for your events. 


  1. The Account Summary box will give you a simplified breakdown of payments owed and paid, and how your account is set up to be settled
  2. The Pending box will list all of your pending payments that have not been settled yet
  3. The Settled box will list all of your settled payments and statements. You can click into each settlement or payment for further details
  4. Use the drop-down menu to choose to see Statement or Payment information
  5. Use this drop-down menu to select how many events to see at one time
  6. The Previous/Next buttons will navigate through the pages of your events





When looking at the detailed information for a specific event:



Payments

On the Payments section on the left-side navigation panel, select Payments from the dropdown for either Pending or Settled payments. Click the payment you'd like more information for to open the payment details.

  1.  Payment information will tell you when the payment is scheduled, when to expect payment, and how the payment is set up to be delivered (mailed check, Direct Deposit)
  2.  This line will give you the status of the payment
  3.  Click the PRINT button to print a copy of the Payment information



Statements

On the Payments section on the left-side navigation panel, select Statements from the dropdown for either Pending or Settled payments. Click the statement you'd like more information for to open the payment details.

  1.  Statement information will bring up an itemized statement showing how many tickets were sold, and any charges such as box office services or payment advances
  2.  This line will give you the status of the statement
  3.  Click the PRINT button to print a copy of the statement
  4. Click the Master Report button to open and download the Master Report for the event
