Once you have the Prekindle Print Server running, and the Boca printer is connected and turned on, you can print a ticket from a previous event to make sure the printer is communicating properly with your computer.

  1. Click the Box Office on the left side navigation panel. (You may need to focus on a past event if you do not have any upcoming events.)
  2. Look up a purchase by typing “Cash” into the field.  This will bring up all the cash purchases that were made at the box office at the event that has been focused.
  3. Select a purchase to open the purchase details.
  4. Click the Re-Print button to send the print job to the printer.
