To view customer support tickets, ensure you are logged into your Prekindle account.  Prekindle's Customer Support team will handle all tickets that come through the portal and escalate any questions or issues to you via the portal if they need clarification.  If customers reach out to you directly, you can send them to www.prekindle.com/support/portal so that they can submit a ticket.  


  1. Select Support to open your account's customer support portal
    • A number may appear next to the Support link showing how many customer support tickets are currently open
  2. View Urgent, Unresolved, or All customer support tickets
  3. Click on the open tickets to view the issue and any messages between the customer and the Prekindle Customer Support Team



When Prekindle's Customer Support team has a question, or would like for you to view the support ticket, the Support section will show a red number, the ticket will be marked "Urgent," and a red siren light icon will appear on the ticket.  Click on the ticket to view Prekindle's private message to you.




  1. The private message from Prekindle will appear in black.  
  2. To respond directly to the customer, fill out the text box and click Send message to customer
  3. To respond to Prekindle in a private message, fill out the text box and click Add Private Note
  4. Once we receive an update from you, Prekindle's Customer Support Team will respond to the customer and take action on the ticket
