Please check in with clients@prekindle.com if you are unsure about how to edit your reserved event. Some changes/edits may cause an error page on your seat selection page, especially if the event is already on sale. Do not change section names, add sections, or update seat names.
To hold/release tickets on a reserved event, first ensure that you are logged into your Prekindle account.
1. Click the event you'd like to update to open the event tools
2. Click the Sales section, then click Seats
3. Click into the section where you would like to hold/ release seats
4. Select the seats you would like to Hold- this will remove them from being available for purchase online
5. Select Hold -[number of seats selected] available seats. Held seats will appear in dark grey
Releasing seats that are being held will make them available for purchase online as long as they are assigned a price
1. Select the seats that are being held
2. Select Release [number of seats selected] held seats. released seats will update from grey to the color of the price they are assigned
