Tracking Links

Prekindle creates a number of Tracking Links for you to use and distribute, including social media and event discovery partner links.  You can track views and sales from these links.  You will also be able to review the Master Report for the event to see which of the tracking links was used on each purchase.

1. Custom Promo Code Links: if you have promo codes built on your event, you can select the promo code from the dropdown and a new link will be generated that automatically applies the promo code.  The customer will not need to type in the code to unlock the ticket types/prices if they use this link.

2. Create a New Promotion link: Enter the title that you would like to use for this link (ex: March Newsletter, Artist Socials, TikTok, etc.) and click Create

3. Create a New Checkout Promotion link: The links created in this field will lead directly to the purchase page, bypassing the promotion page for the event.  This is useful for Facebook events, for example, where the Facebook event page may already have all of the information the customer needs.  Enter the title that you would like to use for this link and click Create

4. Set Out Fallback Link: For use when selling tickets on multiple platforms/accounts.  When this Prekindle event sells out, rather than displaying the "Sold Out" message, you can have your buy page re-direct to another Prekindle account's event page or another ticketing platform. Enter the fallback link and click Set
