Occasionally, our receipts are sent to the spam folder despite our best efforts.  First, try checking your spam folder for any emails from tickets@prekindle.com.  If you are still unable to find your receipt, you can log into your Prekindle account and re-send your receipt.  You may also contact our customer support team at support@prekindle.com or 1-888-454-4353 to request a copy of your receipt.
