Can I change the email address on my account?

At this time, email addresses on Prekindle accounts cannot be changed. Each account is permanently tied to the email used for your first purchase.


Want to Use a New Email?

No problem! Just use your new email address the next time you buy tickets. A new account will automatically be created under that email.


Have Tickets on Your Old Account?

If you still have upcoming events tied to your old email, we recommend:

  • Logging in using your old account at prekindle.com/login

  • Downloading or printing your tickets—especially if you’re switching or losing access to that email account
