How do I transfer a ticket to another event on my account?

- Click the Box Office tab on the left side navigation panel.
- Make sure the box office is focused on the event the customer originally purchased for by clicking the Change button and select the event from the calendar provided.
- Search for the purchase using the customer's name, the email address used for the purchase, or the purchase confirmation code.
- Select the desired order from the results provided and click the Transfer tab to open the transfer tool.
- Click the ticket(s) to be transferred. Selected tickets will be highlighted in blue. Once selected, click the Transfer Selected Seats link.
- Select the destination event and section from the dropdown menus provided and click the Transfer button. Tickets should always be transferred into the same-priced ticket section unless otherwise directed by the event organizer. Once the transfer is complete, a message will show saying "Transfer completed succesfully "
- Once the change has been completed, click the Resent Receipt button to issue an updated receipt to the customer.
