1. Click the Box Office tab on the left side navigation panel. 
  2. Make sure the box office is focused on the event the customer originally purchased for by clicking the Change button and select the event from the calendar provided.
  3. Search for the purchase using the customer's name, the email address used for the purchase, or the purchase confirmation code.
  4. Select the desired order from the results provided and click the Transfer tab to open the transfer tool. 
  5. Click the ticket(s) to be transferred. Selected tickets will be highlighted in blue. Once selected, click the Transfer Selected Seats link.
  6. Select the destination event and section from the dropdown menus provided and click the Transfer button. Tickets should always be transferred into the same-priced ticket section unless otherwise directed by the event organizer. Once the transfer is complete, a message will show saying "Transfer completed succesfully "
  7. Once the change has been completed, click the Resent Receipt button to issue an updated receipt to the customer.
