When your customers arrive at your event, they will bring barcoded tickets. These tickets will be in one of the following formats. Each format can be scanned quickly by the Prekindle iOS Entry App.

Print at Home Tickets
Print at home tickets are printed on 8.5" x 11" paper. Each sheet represents one ticket. They contain two barcodes, and you can scan either one in case there is damage to the paper, or printer defects.
Physical Tickets
These are tickets printed by Prekindle on card-stock thermal paper. They include a tear-away stub you can keep if needed.
Mobile Tickets
Customers can always show a mobile friendly version of their tickets if they cannot print.
Apple Wallet
iPhone users can store their Prekindle tickets in their Apple Wallet app.
