How Do I Access My Authorize.net Key?

If you are using your own Authorize.net account for credit card processing, you will need to enter your Authorize.net Key and Merchant Name into your Prekindle Dashboard Preferences.  Please note that if your account has already been approved, you will need to contact clients@prekindle.com to update your account.  We also do not recommend that you switch merchant accounts while you are in the middle of selling tickets for an event, as it can complicate reporting. 

Login & Key

•   Log into your Authorize.net merchant dashboard
•  Click the ACCOUNT tab
•  Under Security Settings, click API Credentials & Keys
•  Your login is displayed in the middle of the page
•  Your key creation is below.  You cannot access you current key, but you can create a new one.  This will invalidate your old key.

Merchant Name

•   Log into your Authorize.net merchant dashboard
•  Click the ACCOUNT tab
•  Click Merchant Profile on the left.
•  Your merchant name is displayed at the top-left of the information displayed
