Season Passes and Reserved Event Series

Modified on Fri, 22 May at 9:58 AM

Season Passes and Event Series on Prekindle are typically handled through reserved seating events built specifically for subscription holders.

In most cases, organizers will first build both the dedicated season pass events as well as the individual performances that make up the event series. The individual performances will remain offline and will not be placed on sale to the public until the season pass onsale period has concluded.

Season pass events may be named something like “Season Pass First Saturday Evening” or “Season Pass Second Sunday Matinee.” These events are typically placed on sale prior to the individual performances becoming available to the general public.
Customers purchasing these tickets are securing the same reserved seat for the full series of designated performances included in the package.

Once season pass sales have concluded, the Prekindle team will assist with reserving subscriber seats across all corresponding performances in the series. At that point, organizers can either distribute tickets immediately or wait until closer to each performance date to send tickets to patrons.

After all season pass seats have been reserved within the series, the remaining inventory for each individual performance can then be released for public onsale.

Ticket Exchanges for Season Pass Holders

If a season pass holder needs to exchange a performance date or time, they can contact Prekindle Support. Our customer support team can assist with transferring tickets to another eligible performance if exchanges are permitted by the organizer.
