All Sales Are Final: All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Events typically proceed rain or shine, and changes to performers, dates, or venues do not qualify for refunds.
Event Cancellations/Postponements: If an event is canceled or postponed without a rescheduled date announced within 30 days, you may request a refund through Prekindle’s support portal. Refund eligibility and deadlines are determined by the event organizer.
Non-Refundable Fees: Service fees and delivery charges for printed tickets are non-refundable. Most refunds are also subject to a small processing fee.
Refund Request Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted no later than 30 days after the event's scheduled date, unless the event organizer specifies otherwise.
Booking Protection: If you purchased Booking Protection, it may allow refunds for specific reasons, such as illness or emergencies. Details and eligibility criteria are provided in your receipt email. Booking Protection fees are non-refundable.
Many tickets are transferable, so if you are unable to attend an event, you can give them to a friend. If your ticket is already printed, you're good to go—just hand it off to your guest and they can use it for entry.
