To view the Event Feed, you will need to be logged into your Prekindle Dashboard.  The Event Feed can be accessed by clicking the Megaphone Icon on the event you'd like to view.

The Event Feed tools will open in a separate window and provide several different types of post options to communicate with purchasers. Each type of post has the option of being posted to the Event Feed immediately or can be scheduled to post automatically at a future time.

Customers will have the option to opt-out of receiving notifications for any non-urgent posts made to the feed, which includes Custom messages, Thank You messages, and Know Before You Go posts.

Regardless of opt-in status, all customers will always be notified when any post deemed an emergency message is posted, which includes Time Changes, Location Changes, and Cancelled or Postponed messages.

Even if the customer has opted out of receiving post notifications, all up-to-date information in the Event Feed is always available to the customer via the link provided in their original confirmation receipt.

The News tab will show you all of the previously sent posts, or any posts scheduled to be sent in the future.  You can review and edit any posts, or compose a new message.

Basic Know Before You Go event information pulled from the event created in the system is automatically available to customers via a link in their confirmation receipt. This basic Know Before You Go event information is also automatically sent as an event reminder to all opted-in purchasers 2 days prior to the event.

The Event Info opens up the Event Info in the customer view.  This is the page that houses the customers' tickets, and you can edit the page to include information like instructions, driving and parking information, and more.  Learn more here.

Event organizers have the option of turning off automatic reminder emails by clicking the Settings tab at the top of the page.
